The Board of Bridge Securities Ltd approved unaudited financial results for Q3 and nine months ended 31st December 2025. Q3 revenue stood at Rs. 42.26 lakhs (vs Rs. 75.23 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a ~44% YoY decline), with net profit of Rs. 32.50 lakhs (vs Rs. 72.58 lakhs YoY, ~55% decline). For the nine months, total income was Rs. 135.09 lakhs (vs Rs. 191.04 lakhs) and net profit was Rs. 116.32 lakhs (vs Rs. 175.76 lakhs). Sequential results were largely steady compared to Q2 FY26. The Board also noted the statement of deviations for the preferential issue of convertible warrants, with the 4th tranche of Rs. 94.99 lakhs received in Q3 (taking total consideration received to Rs. 2.90 crore). No deviation was reported in the use of funds raised, which are being deployed for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Sharp YoY decline in both revenue and profit is a negative signal for shareholders, though sequential stability and on-track deployment of preferentially raised funds offer some comfort. Expect cautious near-term sentiment given the steep fall in earnings versus the prior year.
