Brigade Enterprises' board approved audited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, along with an unmodified auditor's report from Walker Chandiok & Co LLP. Consolidated FY25 revenue from operations stood at Rs. 5,07,421 lakhs (up ~3.6% YoY from Rs. 4,89,669 lakhs), while net profit jumped nearly 70% to Rs. 68,047 lakhs (from Rs. 40,104 lakhs) and basic EPS rose to Rs. 28.74 (from Rs. 19.56). Total balance sheet size expanded to Rs. 22,09,004 lakhs with cash and equivalents of Rs. 1,86,996 lakhs, supported by the Rs. 1,50,000 lakh QIP raised in September 2024. The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share (25%) subject to shareholder approval and appointed BMP & Co. LLP as secretarial auditor for five years (FY26-FY30).
Strong earnings growth and a healthy dividend payout are positive for shareholders, though the muted Q4 revenue (Rs. 1,46,039 lakhs vs Rs. 1,70,237 lakhs YoY) and pending property tax litigation on subsidiary BHVL (Rs. 9,222 lakh demand) may temper sentiment. The subsidiary BHVL's DRHP for a Rs. 90,000 lakh IPO remains a key catalyst to watch.
