Brigade Enterprises' wholly owned subsidiary, Brigade Tetrarch Private Limited, has incorporated a new Limited Liability Partnership called 'Auraterra Developers LLP' on 5th June 2025. The LLP has a total capital contribution of Rs. 1,00,000, with Brigade Tetrarch holding 99.99% by way of cash contribution of Rs. 99,990. The newly formed LLP will undertake real estate development projects and is yet to commence operations, so there is no turnover.
