BuzzWorks Marks Strategic Entry into Mysuru, Unveils Multi-City Expansion Blueprint for 2026

BuzzWorks, the managed office and co-working arm of Brigade Group, is making its debut in Mysuru with the launch of Brigade Vantage on Vinoba Road. The new center offers over 500 seats within a 1.3 lakh square feet commercial campus and will be the city's first Grade-A managed workspace. The company also plans to expand in Bengaluru at multiple locations (Whitefield, Varthur, and Rajajinagar) and enter Chennai at Brigade Tech Boulevard, capitalizing on Chennai's 25% growth in GCC activity. BuzzWorks aims to double its portfolio this financial year with growth exceeding 100% compared to the previous year.
This expansion into Tier-2 cities and new markets signals Brigade's aggressive growth strategy in the managed office segment, which could positively impact revenue from this business vertical over the coming quarters.
