Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited (BHVL) and Marriott International have opened Courtyard by Marriott Kochi Infopark, a 218-room hotel in Kakkanad, Kerala. The hotel is an upgraded and rebranded version of the former Four Points by Sheraton Kochi Infopark, located adjacent to Infopark Kochi in the city's IT corridor. The property features flexible workspaces, smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, over 8,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, four dining options, a rooftop infinity pool, fitness centre and spa. BHVL is India's second largest owner of chain-affiliated hotels and rooms in South India with nine operating hotels totalling 1,604 keys across five cities.
The rebranding to the Courtyard by Marriott brand represents a strategic asset upgrade in a prime business location, strengthening BHVL's hospitality portfolio in Kochi and aligning with growing demand from corporate and MICE travellers in the IT corridor.
