The closure is to determine the list of eligible members for the upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled on 30th September 2025. The disclosure is made under Regulation 42 of SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, 2015. During this period, no share transfers will be processed.
Investors who wish to be eligible to attend or vote at the 34th AGM must ensure they are on the register of members by 23rd September 2025.
