Brookfield India REIT has informed stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on January 29, 2026 to consider and approve its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, along with the declaration of a distribution to unitholders for Q3 FY2025-26. The record date for this distribution has been fixed as February 3, 2026, with payment proposed on or before February 10, 2026. The board will also consider audited condensed financial statements for the half year ended September 30, 2025. The distribution amount and yield are not yet disclosed and will be known post the board meeting.
Unitholders who hold units of Brookfield India REIT by the record date of February 3, 2026 will be eligible to receive the quarterly distribution, with payment expected within about a week.
