Brookfield India REIT disclosed an internal reshuffle of units among three entities belonging to the same sponsor group, BSREP, on June 18-19, 2025. BSREP India Office Holdings Pte Ltd sold all its 2.57 crore units (4.24% stake) for about USD 85.5 million (₹729 crore), and BSREP India Office Holdings V Pte Ltd sold 1.5 crore units (2.47%) for about USD 54.1 million (₹1,107 crore), both transferring their units to BSREP India Office Holdings III Pte Ltd. As a result, the buyer's holding rose from about 6.04% to 10.68% of REIT units. Because all three entities belong to the same Brookfield sponsor group, the overall sponsor group ownership in the REIT remains unchanged — this is purely an internal restructuring of holdings within the parent group, not a fresh entry or exit.
No impact on minority unitholders — the total sponsor group stake in Brookfield India REIT stays the same, so this is a bookkeeping reshuffle and should not affect unit price or float.
