Brookfield India REIT has submitted its annual full valuation report as of March 31, 2026 for all 12 assets in its portfolio. The valuation covers properties across Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, Noida, Gurugram, and Bengaluru totaling millions of square feet of leasable area. For the Kensington property in Powai, Mumbai, the independent valuer (Ms. L. Anuradha, IBBI registered) assessed a market value of INR 31,981 million (approximately Rs 3,198 crore). This Grade-A IT/ITeS SEZ spans 8.96 acres with 1.62 million sq. ft. of leasable area and 95.61% committed occupancy. The valuation was conducted using the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method with rental reversion approach, following IVSC International Valuation Standards. The REIT is regulated by SEBI under the REIT Regulations 2014 and is managed by Brookprop Management Services Private Limited.
This is a mandatory annual valuation disclosure required under SEBI REIT Regulations.
