Brookfield India REIT held its Annual Meeting of unitholders on July 25, 2025, via video conferencing. Three ordinary resolutions were put to vote and all were approved by simple majority. These were: (1) adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY ending March 31, 2025 (99.9984% in favour), (2) adoption of the valuation report for the portfolio as at March 31, 2025 (99.9984% in favour), and (3) reappointment of Deloitte Haskins and Sells as statutory auditors for a second consecutive term (99.7725% in favour). Out of 607,752,448 total outstanding units, 432,251,167 units (71.12%) participated in voting. The Sponsor and Sponsor Group (160,780,217 units) voted 100% in favour on all resolutions.
