The Net Asset Value (NAV) per unit stands at ₹386.67 on fair value basis as of March 31, 2026, up from ₹335.89 in the prior year. Total assets grew to ₹230,463.81 million (book value) with fair value at ₹327,793.80 million. During the year, the REIT raised ₹45,000 million through unit issuance, issued ₹20,000 million NCDs at 7.06% p.a., and acquired Arliga Ecoworld Business Parks Private Limited. Record date for Q4 distribution is May 14, 2026, with payment by May 21, 2026.
The 14% increase in full-year distribution and 15% growth in NAV per unit signals strong operational performance and asset value appreciation. The acquisition of Arliga Ecoworld and continued unit issuance demonstrate active portfolio expansion, which could support future distribution growth for unitholders.
