Brookfield India REIT files FY26 annual report, unitholders meeting on July 20

Brookfield India REIT submitted its 6th annual report for FY ending March 31, 2026. The 6th unitholders meeting is set for July 20, 2026 via video conferencing. FY26 highlights: record gross leasing of 4M sf, committed occupancy at 93% (up 5% YoY), DPU of Rs 21.40 (up about 11% YoY), and NOI of Rs 22,913M. Ecoworld acquisition added a 7.7M sf Bengaluru campus, expanding total portfolio to 37.1M sf. Trust raised over Rs 82B via QIPs and issued Rs 20B sustainability-linked bonds, the largest by an Indian REIT.
