Highlights include 4th consecutive 5-star GRESB rating, 100 percent portfolio under sustainability certifications, and a 20 billion INR sustainability-linked bond. Targets include net zero by 2040 and 100 percent renewable energy by 2027. A SEBI settlement of 20.47 lakh INR was paid.
