Brookfield India REIT filed its quarterly unitholding pattern as of June 30, 2026. Total units outstanding stand at around 82.99 crore. Sponsor group holds 19.37 percent (16.08 crore units), of which 91.93 percent of foreign body corporate units are pledged (about 14.47 crore units). Public holds 80.63 percent: Mutual Funds 25.42, Insurance 12.38, Bodies Corporate 12.82, FPIs 10.21, and Individuals 7.62 percent.
