BSE announces change in licensing requirements for market data products from Jan 2027

BSE has announced a change in licensing requirements for its market data products effective January 1, 2027, under which all international clients will receive market data directly from BSE instead of through Deutsche Borse AG. BSE and Deutsche Borse AG are collaborating to ensure a smooth transition with no service interruption, while domestic clients will continue accessing products directly from BSE as before. The change unwinds the 2013 arrangement that had outsourced international sales and marketing of BSE market data to Deutsche Borse.
