BSE Limited has announced that its 21st Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 3:00 PM IST through video conferencing. Shareholders must update their email IDs with their Depository Participants or Registrar & Transfer Agent by July 17, 2026 to receive the AGM notice and Annual Report electronically. The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 10 per equity share (face value Rs 2) for FY 2025-26, with July 10, 2026 as the Record Date. The dividend, if approved by shareholders, will be paid by September 17, 2026 through electronic mode only. SEBI has mandated that physical shareholders must complete PAN, KYC, and nomination updates or their dividends will be withheld.
