Operating EBITDA more than doubled to Rs. 3,079 crores with margins expanding to 64% from 51%, while net profit grew 88% to Rs. 2,497 crores. The company recommended dividend of Rs. 10 per share (total payout Rs. 412 crores, up 30%). Management targets 600-700 brokers and 800 FPIs (currently at 587 and 520 respectively) to deepen market participation.
Strong margin expansion and 88% profit growth signal operational leverage from higher trading volumes. Management's focus on expanding member base and FPI participation could drive further volume growth, though cash market share remains modest at 7-8%. The company is investing heavily in technology infrastructure while maintaining a strong balance sheet.
