Burnpur Cement has appointed M/s. Bhagi Bhardwaj Gaur & Co., a Delhi-based Chartered Accountancy firm with over 36 years of experience, as its new Statutory Auditor effective June 10, 2025. This appointment fills the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditor, M/s. Agarwal HP & Associates. The new auditor will serve until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting and will conduct the audit for FY 2024-25. The appointment is based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and is subject to shareholder approval.
