Burnpur Cement Limited's Board of Directors, at a meeting held on June 10, 2025, appointed M/s. Bhagi Bhardwaj Gaur & Co., Chartered Accountants (New Delhi, FRN: 007895N), as the new Statutory Auditor. This appointment fills the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of the previous auditor, M/s. Agarwal HP & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Ranchi).
