Buy or sell: Vaishali Parekh recommends three intraday stocks to buy today — 22 July 2026

Technical analyst Vaishali Parekh of Prabhudas Lilladher maintains a cautiously positive outlook on Indian markets, with the Nifty 50 range-bound between 23,800 and 24,400 and Bank Nifty hovering near 57,900. She recommended three intraday buy ideas: Cummins India at about 5585 with a target of 5800, Hubtown at about 204 with a target of 210, and Spandana Sphoorty Financial at about 295 with a target of 315. Global cues were constructive with Asian markets sharply higher, though elevated crude oil near 84 to 85 dollars per barrel is expected to limit upside.
