Calcom Vision Ltd has submitted its Annual Report for FY 2024-25 to BSE, filed by Company Secretary Rakhi Sharma on September 8, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at ₹15,726.32 Lacs, marginally down 1.83% from ₹16,019.85 Lacs in the previous year, while net profit rose nearly 10% to ₹144.90 Lacs. EBITDA improved sharply by 35.62% year-on-year to ₹1,365 Lacs (margin of 8.68%), aided by cost optimisation and a shift toward higher-value products. The company was elevated to the 'Large Investment' category under the PLI scheme for white goods after completing its ₹25 crore investment, expanding its eligible portfolio. It also launched Calcom Astra Pvt Ltd as a dedicated export subsidiary, installed 525 KW of rooftop solar capacity, and diversified into solar lighting, BLDC fans and EMS. New CEO Mr. Debasish Mukherjee took charge on April 1, 2025.
Margin expansion and the PLI upgrade are positives for shareholders, but a slight dip in topline shows demand remains soft. New export subsidiary and diversification into solar and EMS offer long-term growth levers, though execution risks remain.
