Calcom Vision has informed BSE about changes to three board committees — Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. The changes follow the retirement of Mr. Ashok Kumar Sinha, an Independent Director, after completing his 5-year term on the board. Mr. Naresh Kumar Jain, a Non-Executive Independent Director, has been appointed as Chairperson of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
