Caliber Mining & Logistics IPO: Price band set at ₹402-424 per share; check key dates, issue details

Caliber Mining & Logistics has fixed its IPO price band at ₹402 to ₹424 per share for a face value of ₹10, with subscription opening on 17 July and closing on 21 July. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 94 lakh shares aggregating to about ₹400 crore and an offer for sale of 12 lakh shares worth ₹50 crore by promoters. Proceeds will be used for repaying borrowings of about ₹175 crore and capital expenditure of about ₹200 crore for machinery purchase, with shares likely to list on BSE and NSE on 24 July.
