Campus Activewear reported strong Q4 FY26 results with 12.3% YoY revenue growth to INR 456 crores, driven by 18.9% online channel growth and 5.5% distribution growth. Full year FY26 revenue grew 11.4% to INR 1,774 crores. The company sold 26 million pairs with average selling price up 7% to INR 683. EBITDA margin improved to 17.5% for FY26 (+145 bps YoY) and 19.2% in Q4 (+50 bps YoY). PAT margin improved to 8.4% for FY26 (+80 bps). The sneaker portfolio grew over 100% YoY. The company took price increases across the portfolio in April to counter raw material inflation (EVA and PU pricing), which management believes covers the impact. New manufacturing capacity at Pant Nagar is ramping up with current output of 2 lakh pairs monthly, expected to double by FY27 end. EBO stores remain at 300 and the company plans to open 60-70 new stores in FY27.
The company delivered consistent margin improvement and strong volume growth, positioning itself to gain market share as smaller competitors struggle with inflation. The 100%+ sneaker portfolio growth and planned store expansion indicate strong execution capability, though raw material inflation remains a watch item for FY27.
