Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Laser Power and Infra, incorporated in 1988, earns 73 percent of revenue from power and cables and the rest from EPC services, with three manufacturing facilities in West Bengal. Revenue rose 15 percent annually to ₹2,326 crore in FY26 from ₹1,748 crore in FY24, net profit quadrupled to ₹151.6 crore, and the order book stood at about ₹3,243 crore. However, operating cash flow turned negative to ₹119 crore in FY26, net debt-equity ratio rose to 1.1, and top 10 customers contribute over 72 percent to revenue, raising concentration and raw material (copper, aluminium, polymer) volatility risks; the IPO is priced at 19.8 times FY26 post-IPO earnings versus 20.2 for Dynamic Cables and 23 for Universal Cables.
