Canara Bank has informed the stock exchanges that its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 26th June 2025 through video conferencing. The cut-off date for shareholders (other than the Central Government) to nominate, contest, and vote in the election of Directors has been set as Friday, 23rd May 2025.
