Advances grew 15.30% to Rs 12.37 lakh crore, significantly outperforming guidance of 10-11%. Asset quality improved substantially with Gross NPA declining to 1.84% (110 bps improvement) and Net NPA at 0.43% (27 bps improvement). The bank raised dividend to 210% from 200% in FY25. Return on Equity stood at 19.61% with CRAR at 17.04%. RAM credit grew 19.73% with retail credit up 32.93%. For FY27, management guided Global Business growth of 10-11%, NIM compression to 2.50-2.60%, Gross NPA target of 1.50%, and ROE of 16.50%.
Strong execution across all parameters with significantly better-than-expected asset quality and profitability. The FY27 guidance shows management expectations of continued growth albeit with NIM compression, which may moderate future profitability margins. The strong NPA reduction and capital position are positive for shareholders.
