Candour Techtex Ltd has informed stock exchanges that Mr. Anand Srivastav, originally proposed to receive 20,000 equity shares under a non-promoter preferential issue, is no longer eligible for the allotment. In his place, the company will allot the same 20,000 equity shares to Mr. Rajesh Rajnikant Shah, also under the non-promoter category. The preferential issue was approved by shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting on November 20, 2025.
