Candour Techtex has received its first trial order for 6,700 meters of laminated fabrics to be supplied via an approved ADRDE (a DRDO laboratory) vendor, with the end use being parachute manufacturing. The company's laminated fabric has cleared ADRDE's inspection and received official approval, and ADRDE has now directly approached Candour for further coated/laminated fabric supplies. The company has also registered on the Government E-Marketplace (GEM) portal, enabling it to bid for DRDO, ADRDE, and other government tenders. Separately, it bagged an additional order from Reliance Industries for 100,000 meters of automotive fabric lamination work valued at around Rs 100 lakhs, expected to be completed by March 2026, with talks on for more orders from Reliance in FY 2026-27.
