Candour Techtex held an EGM on July 22, 2026 via video conferencing. Both special resolutions were approved by shareholders. Resolution 1 (Alteration of Object Clause of MOA) passed with 86.58 percent in favor and 13.42 percent against. Resolution 2 (Variation in Objects of Preferential Allotment and Reallocation of Unutilized Proceeds) also passed with 86.58 percent in favor. About 23.97 percent of outstanding shares were polled. Promoter group was not interested in either resolution.
