Capacit'e Infraprofiles submitted its Q1 FY26 investor presentation. Total income grew 4% YoY to ₹599.5 Cr, but profitability declined — EBIT fell 7% to ₹86.7 Cr and PAT dropped 12% to ₹47 Cr, partly due to early monsoon and a temporary labor shortage during Eid. EBITDA margin of 18.6% came in above the company's guided range of 16.5%-17.5%, and management expects full-year margins to trend toward the upper end of this range. The order book stood strong at ₹11,254 Cr (with ₹1,290 Cr added in Q1 FY26), giving 4.8x book-to-sales visibility. Net debt improved by ₹24 Cr to ₹168 Cr, and gross debt-equity ratio fell to 0.22x. Vision 2028 targets ₹4,000+ Cr revenue with continued margin discipline.
Mixed quarter: revenue growth and order book remain healthy, but YoY profit decline and margin pressure on weak execution may concern short-term investors. Management's upbeat margin guidance, debt reduction progress, and strong order pipeline provide medium-term confidence.
