Capacit'e Infraprojects reported audited consolidated results for Q4 and FY2026 ending March 31. Total income grew 9.8% to Rs 2,643.63 crore from Rs 2,407.11 crore, but net profit declined 5.2% to Rs 193.09 crore from Rs 203.77 crore. EPS fell to Rs 22.82 from Rs 24.08. The statutory auditor issued a qualified opinion due to uncertainty over recoverability of Rs 1,155.93 lakh trade receivables from one party undergoing CIRP. Additionally, Rs 5,492.76 lakh of long-outstanding receivables and contract assets are under legal dispute. The Board approved multiple items: incorporation of CAPACIT'E FOUNDATION for CSR activities, re-appointment of Whole Time Director Subir Malhotra for 5 years from November 2026, and alteration of MOA Object Clause to include fire detection/protection systems and passive protection services.
Revenue growth shows operational strength but profit decline and qualified audit opinion on receivables recovery may concern investors. MOA alteration signals expansion into fire safety systems. The recurring audit qualification on trade receivables since 2023 remains a watchpoint.
