Capillary Technologies India Limited reported audited standalone financial results for FY26 with revenue from operations of ₹2,118.90 million, up 21.7% from ₹1,740.91 million in FY25. However, standalone profit after tax declined 17.6% to ₹28.90 million from ₹35.06 million, impacted by higher employee costs (₹1,225.96 million vs ₹959.34 million) and increased depreciation. Q4 FY26 showed strong recovery with revenue of ₹650.23 million (up 31% YoY) and PAT of ₹98.95 million versus ₹70.63 million in Q4 FY25. The company completed its IPO in November 2025 raising ₹8,775.01 million, with net proceeds of ₹3,229.08 million still largely unutilized (₹3,228.90 million in fixed deposits). The Board also appointed M/s. Protiviti India Member Private Limited as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. Statutory auditors Walker Chandiok & Co LLP issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Despite strong Q4 recovery and revenue growth, the full-year profit decline may create short-term caution among investors. The significant IPO proceeds provide financial flexibility for growth, while appointment of a Big 4 internal audit firm signals enhanced governance. The clean audit opinion supports financial credibility.
