The filing shows how the sponsor's holding will rise from 42.12% to 49.98% on a post-issue basis, with total units increasing from about 27.54 crore to 31.87 crore. All other unitholder categories (Body Corporates, Insurance, Mutual Funds, FPIs, Individuals, etc.) will see their percentage stakes diluted proportionally even though their absolute unit counts stay the same.
