Capital Infra Trust, an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT), has informed exchanges about the appointment of Ms. Leena Nandan as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of its Investment Manager (Gawar Investment Manager Private Limited). The appointment was approved via circulation on March 17, 2026, and will take effect from March 20, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Nandan is a retired IAS officer (1987 batch, UP cadre) who previously served as Secretary in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and the Ministry of Consumer Affairs.
