Capital Infra Trust reported Q3 FY26 results with AUM rising to Rs. 67,329 Mn (from Rs. 42,818 Mn in Sep'25) after acquiring 3 HAM road assets at a 9.3% discount to fair value. NAV per unit grew 7.2% to Rs. 72.31, supported by accretive acquisitions and a Rs. 15,950 Mn fundraise (Rs. 3,450 Mn preferential + Rs. 12,500 Mn QIP). The trust cut its effective interest rate by 47 bps to 7.35% and reduced Net Debt/EV from 52.5% to 43.34%. Q3 FY26 DPU stood at Rs. 2.34/unit, taking cumulative distributions to Rs. 33.09/unit (Rs. 9,757.84 Mn since IPO). Traffic across the 12-asset portfolio rose 16% QoQ, and 5 annuities worth Rs. 3,476 Mn were received on schedule.
Strong quarter for unitholders — portfolio expansion, lower debt cost, and rising NAV signal value creation, while the steady DPU and AAA credit rating offer distribution visibility. Key catalysts ahead include the 14-asset ROFO pipeline, third-party acquisitions, and AUM growth to Rs. 90,000–100,000+ Mn targeted by FY27.
