Capital Infra Trust (InvIT) has fixed November 19, 2025 as the record date for its Q2 FY2025-26 distribution of Rs. 3.25 per unit. The distribution is structured as Return on Capital, comprising Rs. 2.52 per unit as interest, Rs. 0.71 per unit as taxable dividend, and Rs. 0.02 per unit as other income. Payment to unitholders will be made on or before November 26, 2025. The Board of the Investment Manager (Gawar Investment Manager Pvt Ltd) approved this in a meeting held on November 14, 2025.
