Capital Infra Trust (an InvIT) has informed exchanges that a meeting of its Investment Manager's Board of Directors is scheduled for Wednesday, May 28, 2025. The Board will consider and approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results and statements for the half year and full year ended March 31, 2025. It will also consider declaring the distribution for Q4 FY2024-25 and an interim distribution for Q1 FY2025-26 to unitholders.
