Capital Infra Trust, through its Investment Manager Gawar Investment Manager Pvt Ltd, has approved an amendment to the Project Management Agreement. The change updates Clause 16.1 (Indemnity Clause), broadening the circumstances under which the Project Manager must indemnify the Investment Manager, Initial SPVs, and the InvIT. The amendment extends indemnification to cover losses arising from breach of representations and warranties under Clause 9.3, in addition to existing coverage for breach of agreement terms, gross negligence, wilful default, and fraud.
