Capital Infra Trust (formerly National Infrastructure Trust), an InvIT listed on NSE and BSE, has submitted its half-yearly valuation report as required by SEBI InvIT Regulations. The report, prepared by independent valuer S. Sundararaman, covers the Trust's 9 road (HAM) SPVs spread across Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, and Karnataka. Total Net Asset Value is Rs. 18,585.04 million on assets of Rs. 44,369.25 million minus liabilities of Rs. 25,784.21 million, translating to NAV per unit of Rs. 67.48 across 27.54 crore units. The fair enterprise value of the 9 SPVs is Rs. 40,283 million (Adjusted EV Rs. 42,818 million), slightly lower than the June 2025 valuation of Rs. 41,339 million. The valuer noted no material changes during the September 2025 quarter.
The NAV per unit of Rs. 67.48 serves as a key reference price for unitholders. The mild decline in total SPV enterprise value from Rs. 41,339 mn (June 2025) to Rs. 40,283 mn (September 2025) reflects normal revaluation under the DCF method rather than any operational deterioration, as the valuer confirmed no material changes during the quarter.
