Capri Global eyes up to $500 million offshore bond issue

Capri Global Capital is set to tap international markets for the first time, planning to raise between 300 and 500 million US dollars through offshore bonds. The NBFC has appointed five global banks to arrange investor meetings across key regions. The issuance will be carried out under its existing 1 billion US dollar Global Medium Term Note programme.
