Caprihans India has completed two corporate actions: (1) Redeemed 60 lakh 0.1% Non-Cumulative, Non-Participating Redeemable Preference Shares at ₹10 each, aggregating ₹6 crore. The preference share capital has decreased accordingly. (2) Allotted 4 lakh equity shares to promoter Bilcare Limited upon conversion of warrants at ₹200 per share (₹10 face value + ₹190 premium), generating ₹6 crore for the company. Post-allotment, equity share capital increased from ₹16.95 crore to ₹17.35 crore.
Promoter holding increased from 62.04% to 62.92%, resulting in minor dilution for other shareholders. Redemption of preference shares reduces future fixed dividend obligations for the company.
