Captain Polyplast's Board approved its Q3 FY26 standalone and consolidated unaudited results on 7 February 2026. Revenue from operations jumped to ₹12,632.95 lakhs vs ₹9,024.75 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a ~40% YoY rise and also sharply higher than ₹7,972.67 lakhs in Q2 FY26. Standalone profit after tax grew to ₹1,257.91 lakhs (vs ₹887.95 lakhs, ~42% YoY), lifting EPS for the quarter to ₹1.58. Consolidated PAT was ₹1,266.30 lakhs, including ₹8.39 lakhs share from associate Captain Pipes Ltd. The Micro Irrigation segment remains the main growth driver, while the IOCL Polymer business remains a small contributor. The statutory auditor issued an unqualified limited review report.
Strong double-digit YoY growth in both revenue and profit, with a sharp sequential rebound, is a positive signal for shareholders. The clean audit review and continued strength in the core irrigation segment should support sentiment, though investors may want to track sustainability of the Q3 spike given the softer 9-month cumulative numbers.
