Cargotrans Maritime's board approved its H1 FY26 (Apr–Sep 2025) unaudited results on 14 November 2025. Standalone revenue from operations rose to ₹4,679.26 lakhs from ₹3,931.33 lakhs in H1 FY25, a growth of about 19%. Standalone net profit jumped to ₹163.94 lakhs from ₹118.05 lakhs, up roughly 39%, with EPS of ₹3.50 versus ₹2.89. On a consolidated basis, including three subsidiaries, revenue grew to ₹5,102.83 lakhs and net profit surged to ₹258.42 lakhs from ₹146.05 lakhs, nearly a 77% rise, with EPS of ₹5.52. The auditor (S N Shah & Associates) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. The company confirmed all IPO proceeds of ₹486 lakhs have been fully utilised as per the stated objects, though part of the issue expense remains under legal dispute.
Strong profit growth, especially at the consolidated level, signals improving operational performance and benefits from subsidiaries. Shareholders may view this positively, though the standalone operating cash flow fell sharply year-on-year and new short-term borrowings of ₹626.82 lakhs appeared on the balance sheet, warranting watch on working-capital and debt trends.
