Carlyle eyes $1 billion raise via auto, healthcare IPOs

Private equity major Carlyle is planning to raise about USD 1 billion through two large IPOs in India by mid-2027. The first is a USD 500 million listing for its automotive platform Highway Roop Precision Technologies at an estimated valuation of USD 2 billion, while its healthcare RCM platform is set for a USD 400-500 million offering.
