Carraro India reported strong FY26 results with revenue from operations up 25% YoY to Rs. 22,555 million. EBITDA grew 33% to Rs. 2,475 million with margin expanding to 10.8% from 10.2% in FY25. PAT increased 48% to Rs. 1,306 million. Domestic revenues rose 19% driven by robust 4WD tractor axle demand following GST-driven shift from 2WD. Exports surged 37% led by construction equipment, particularly Tele Boom Handler (TBH) axles. The company deployed capex of Rs. 417 million and signed an engineering services agreement with Montra Electric for e-transmissions worth Rs. 175 million. A new gear business nomination worth approximately Rs. 150 million annually was secured from FY28. Board recommended dividend of Rs. 6.75 per share (30% payout).
The company delivered robust growth across all metrics with improving profitability margins, suggesting operational efficiency gains. Strong export momentum and new customer wins (Montra Electric, TBH projects) provide multi-year revenue visibility. The 4WD tractor market shift and capacity expansion plans support sustained domestic growth.
