CCME Global Ltd (formerly Genesis IBRC India Ltd) has allotted 3,22,50,000 equity shares at face value of INR 10 each on a preferential/private placement basis, raising INR 32.25 crores from 11 investors. Of the 4,02,50,000 shares originally proposed and approved via postal ballot on March 5, 2026, only about 80% were subscribed. Two promoters — Mr. Padmanaban Krishnamoorthy (2 crore shares) and Ms. V. Varalakshmi (40 lakh shares) — took the bulk of the allotment, while the remaining 1,22,50,000 shares went to 9 non-promoter individuals and one body corporate. As a result, the company's paid-up equity capital has more than tripled from INR 13 crores to INR 45.25 crores (shares rising from 1.3 crore to 4.525 crore). The new shares will rank equally with existing shares for dividends and voting rights.
Existing shareholders face significant dilution as the share count has expanded roughly 3.5x. The capital is being raised at par (no premium), meaning current shareholders absorb the full dilution without any value protection. However, the fresh capital of INR 32.25 crores could strengthen the balance sheet for future growth if deployed productively.
