CDG Petchem Ltd's Board of Directors, at a meeting held on 5th September 2025, appointed M/s. Akash & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries, as the company's Secretarial Auditors. The appointment covers a 5-year period from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Akash Goel, a Fellow Member of ICSI, will lead the engagement and brings over 5 years of experience in IPO handling, listing compliance, secretarial audits, FEMA, M&A, and NCLT/ROC representations.
