CEAT Limited has published a newspaper advertisement informing shareholders that its 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, August 21, 2025 at 3:00 PM IST through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 30 per equity share for FY2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
