Ceeta Industries Ltd reported audited financial results for Q4 and FY26 ended March 31, 2026. Total income from operations declined to Rs 2,231.15 lakhs for FY26 from Rs 2,335.84 lakhs in FY25, a drop of about 4.5%. Q4 revenue also fell to Rs 419.34 lakhs from Rs 544.01 lakhs year-on-year. Despite lower revenues, the company turned profitable at the net level — posting net profit after tax of Rs 58.69 lakhs in FY26 compared to a net loss of Rs 5.15 lakhs in FY25. Earnings per share improved to Rs 0.40 from a loss of Rs 0.04 per share. The reserves increased slightly to Rs 2,655.19 lakhs from Rs 2,589.97 lakhs. Note that FY25 included an exceptional item of Rs 283.10 lakhs (income), which distorts some year-on-year comparisons.
The company returned to profitability in FY26 despite lower revenue, which is a positive signal for shareholders. However, the sequential decline in Q4 revenue may raise concerns about near-term momentum.
